Trust me it's best to wait, just helped someone who can't even tell what level his puppets are because of a partial patch. Plus I find it a good way to learn what some Kana or Kanji mean when playing.

Here in a few days Release of 1.30 should be out, message was made via their twitter page on the 15th.

English translation of tweet.
1.30 is about the patch of progress, but the patch is scheduled to include other to change the doll of the ability of the costume change, and we are promoting the current adjustment. At the end of this month as planned and is expected to become possible release.

It should be around today or tommorow actually, since this is late.
