I know I can trade between the firered 1.8 hack, but is trading possible between Agastya's Emerald and the current Firered 1.8 hack ?

You should be able to trade fine, with the exception of the TD puppets and the ones that have been added. (such as kasen and the 5 magic stones) Those ones will glitch when traded.
I think the shingyoku forms, dark alice, and tenma also screw up when traded, not sure about it.

Last I remember there was a compatibility list file along with Enhanced, so you should be able to use that to check.
