Regis in Touhou Emerald?

Hi, its the noob again.

I finally cleared my Nuzlocke run of Touhou Emerald, and is now on a collection mission.

I was wondering....

Is it possible to capture whatever are the three Regis legendaries in Touhou Emerald?

Because the original Emerald required a Waillord and a Regicanth...

Do we need to acquire whatever are those versions of those pokemon in the game?

yes, the regis in this case would be elis, mima, and magan.
as mentioned in the readme, the required puppets are advent meiling (which since this is a nuzlocke, can be obtained on route 117, route 111,  and the tower on route 111.), and speed flandre (she's found in the southwest area of the safari zone and victory road floor 2. good luck finding/catching her.) from there, catching them is standard play (although I forget if magan still has explosion or not.)

To be more specific, AdMeiling replaces Relicanth and SFlandre replaces Wailord. None of the Regi replacements have suicide moves, so you don't have to worry about that.
Meilings are common enough that she should be easy to find.
Flandre hunting is best done on Victory Road; she's much more common on VR's second floor than she is in the Safari Zone.
