So apparently this was just released recently, and since I can't read moonspeak, would anyone be kind enough to tell me what is new? Because this sounds like it was a big update.

it's a lot to cover so i'd suggest just running it through google translate

i only skimmed it but i can give a short summary:

• 2 abilities and 6 skills were added
• a bunch of skills and abilities had balance changes
• a bunch of puppets had ability changes
• assist tokiko is now defense tokiko
• a boatload of puppets are able to learn new skills

that's probably not very helpful, but as i said it's really long and i'm not qualified to translate it

I've received word that Patch 1.103 is bugfixes only...

And that that is the reason why nobody is translating it.
