Problem with BuddyDRM?

Heyo! What a lovely introductory post to the forum, asking for help. :V

So I bought TPDP a few months ago, downloaded and installed, etc. But my computer crashed and I hadn't thought to save a backup of the game, so now I need to redownload it. Only issue is, once I've downloaded it and logged into BuddyDRM, I'm hitting an issue. I put in my LAC and it said the LAC was already registered and then... I don't know where to go from there. It doesn't seem to want to let me download the actual game and I'm not sure why and my Google Translated knowledge of Japanese is very limited and highly unhelpful.

If anyone knows how to help me, I'd be super grateful!

I would like to help you, but I know absolutely nothing about how BuddyDRM functions. As a result I cannot help you solve this issue without breaking the forum's rules (and, since you purchased the game legitimately, the solution I could offer is probably not the approach you would want to take anyway).

Perhaps you could take your chances with some sort of customer service? ... Though I have no idea how to contact them, nor am I sure they could help an English speaker at all.

If you can post screenshots of all the screens you've gone through, maybe I or someone else can help you figure it out.

Are you signing in with the same Buddy account you used originally? That would be the only reason I could think that it would say that it's already used. (I only know that because I had to install the game on a new computer a few months back)
