Basically VoltTurn is using Changeling and Lightning Speed to wear down opponents and gain constant momentum. One of the most well known VoltTurn cores is the core of Landorus-T and Rotom-W (some have a third pivot like Scizor) that cover each other's weaknesses.

What are some puppet cores that you recommend for VoltTurn?

I run a sort of bulky offense team that uses Volt turning to edge out momentum using Parsee Assist, Kyouko Power and Iku Power though they don't exactly create a true voltturn core themselves

Though that being said Iku Power is a great addition to the slow VoltTurn strategies or just as a general Pivot as she can act as a sort of catchall answer to things you don't have a plan to deal with and also gives a ton of utility to your more fragile sweepers as she can give them a free switch in by being slower and taking the hit before switching out.

Defense Rumia has Healing Power(Heals when switching) and Changeling, so she might be a good choice. Or you could use Tokiko who has healing power, lightning speed and changeling.
