How often do the Wiki admins log in?

Because I have a pending request for an account and not being able to contribute to the wiki while it is in current state is excruciatingly discomforting...

There was a short burst of activity the other day when I decided to do some edits to the Items page, but overall we're rather busy and don't have a lot of time to work on the wiki. I've passed your request to one of the actual higher ups, and they should be able to verify your account sometime later today.
