White Magic Stone Location?

I've been searching the Ice cave for a really long time, but I simply cannot find the White magic stone. I have acquired every other one, but I simply cannot find the last stone. Does anyone remember where that one is specifically by any chance?

I'm not quite sure but I think i know the location.
OK so have you found this ladder:

It's right below Cirno and to get to it you have to slide from the left side of the cave.
