Item fixes?

Okay so I'm doing something with that 1.8 port that Agastya made a while back, and I forgot how to fix that oversight that makes it so that you need the national dex to use the evolution shards.

Normally I'd consult google but it's extremely unhelpful when dealing with romhacking in most cases.

At 0xCE91A change the next 4 bytes to 00 00 14 E0.

Also go to 0x126C4D and change the D9 to an E0 if you want stone evos to work.

or just give out the nat dex, that also works

Okay, forgot about another oversight.

To be specific, Rinnosuke's two items still boost his special stats. I know this is fixable, but any idea as to how?

There was also the stick that formerly raised crit chance for I believe ran, but it got revamped into a choice band clone.
