Can be stolen by Snatch
The user becomes firmly locked down to the ground, and restores 1/16 of their max HP at the turn's end. After using this move, the user cannot switch out without using Baton Pass, or be forced out through Roar and Whirlwind. This effect is preserved if Baton Passed, including being unable to switch.
Mystic Water is the same move, but with less PP, different typing, and different users. The effects of these two moves do not stack, and using the other while one is active will cause the move to fail.
