Hello there, this is the build recommended for the puppets mentioned in title. The builds here would look like something that come out from Smogon, so expect some wall of text.

All of the HP spreads only apply for Lv100 puppets. Lv50 puppets require different HP spread.

PSakuya

The Band Scizor of TPDP
PSakuya @ Good Ring
Ability: Strategist
PPs: 63 HP/64 FoAtk/3 SpDef
Red Mark
- Overtake Strike
- Dancing Sword
- Changeling
- Stone Spike/Mirror World

PSakuya is a formidable attacker, having Overtake Strike and Strategist ability to boost the power even further, makes her the equivalent of Scizor in TPDP metagame. PSakuya is an excellent check to Wind-type puppets with Overtake Strike, as it usually go first, barring faster priority moves. 64 FoAtk and Red Mark maximizes PSakuya's power, while 63 HP will minimize hazard damage and being as bulky as possible. The rest filled into SpDef to tank better against spread attacks. With Good Ring, Overtake Strike can destroy most checks or otherwise inflict a very heavy damage to them, unless they have resistance to Steel or high FoDef. Dancing Sword is its secondary STAB that can hit other Steel, Warped, and Earth types super effectively. Changeling is used to scout and whittle down opponents that can tank PSakuya. The last slot should use Stone Spike as it gives better coverage, but Mirror World can be used to hit Illusions that can't be hit super effectively using other moves.

PAya

All-Out Attacker
PAya @ Straw Dolls
Ability: Salvo
PPs: 1 HP/64 FoAtk/1 FoDef/64 Spe
Red/Green Mark
- Twister
- Spirit Stone Jig
- Shooting Arts
- Spark Javelin/Upbeat

PAya is a beast in terms of power and speed. Almost none can outspeed PAya, and PAya can deal massive damage in return with its moves. With the ability Salvo and the moveset it has, it can KO many opponents and also break Black Choker and Barrier Option. Red Mark is used for maximum offensive power, while Green Mark allows you to outspeed most puppets. The PP spread allows you to minimize entry hazard damage and then dumped to FoDef. Twister is the main STAB, dealing massive damage to a lot of dolls, while still dealing a good damage even resisted if the puppet doesn't have a lot of FoDef. Shooting Arts is the secondary STAB and deals with types that can't be hit with Wind, like Steel and most importantly, Warped. Spirit Stone Jig is the main coverage, hitting Electric super effectively, while also taking care of puppets that can't be dealt with Wind and Fighting. The last slot can be used for Spark Javelin for more coverage, or Upbeat to shut down stallers and force them to switch.

P.S.: If you're playing Base TPDP, then replace Shooting Arts with Trascend Form, and you can switch the last slot for Changeling. Do note that Changeling can't be used on YnK as Aya can't learn the move anymore.

SYoumu

Offensive
SYoumu @ Sugilite/Burning Stones
Ability: Mind's Eye/Gale
PPs: 1 HP/64 FoAtk/1 SpDef/64 Spe
Green Mark
- Brandish
- Unfettered Soul/Ghost's Flit
- Strenuous Stance
- Grand Liberate/Break Shot

SYoumu is the status absorber, with its abilities it can take paralysis or burn and proceed to break or outspeed the opposition depending on your ability. The PP Spread minimize hazard damage and give some resistance to SpDef. Green Mark is for maximum speed. Brandish is the main STAB, dealing high damage especially if Mind's Eye kicks in. If you use Sugilite, Unfettered Soul is the Nether STAB to use, the first turn will destroy anything not resistant to it, and even after that, still gives a very nice 110 BP for the rest of the match. If you're not running Sugilite, then use Ghosts's Flit for the Nether STAB. It's weaker than Unfettered Soul, but still a very good move. Strenuous Stance can be used to increase SYoumu's power to absurd levels. The last slot is coverage move. Grand Liberate is the one with the most coverage, but Break Shot can be used to hit Warped types.

P.S.: In Base TPDP, replace Ghost's Flit with Shadow Javelin, but it is far outclassed by no item Unfettered Soul. It's the only option if you don't want to run Sugilite.

Well, that's the builds for you to try.
