About the wedding costumes.
It seems the other Puppets beside your starter will get the wedding costume as well. I did some puppets reincarnation and made their stats rank all S.
By the time they leveled up, a small heart appeared on the bottom-left on the other Puppets profile screen, meaning they're able to wear the wedding costume.
People on other forums had been asking whether the other puppets get to wear the costume as well beside your starter.
Some mentioned that only your starter can wear the costume. But this was prove wrong.
I'll do some further research about the wedding costume for other Puppets.
Edit: The puppets were in my party before the postgame.
I just checked my friend's file and he too has hearts / ability to get wedding dress on his non-Starter Puppets. To clarify, these are all level 100, have a minimum of 5 S ranks, and have not been in his party before postgame. They have all been reincarnated. He has completed all postgame events, including Gengetsu/Mugetsu (but not Human Village Tournament), and has 100% Puppetdex completion, if that matters, but he has not done New Game +.
Interesting.
Edit: He also has a level 100 that is not reincarnated or all S ranks and that Puppet does not have a heart mark, so perhaps it has to do with reincarnation?
Another edit: Just checked my Puppets and I also have Puppets besides my starter that have heart marks, all reincarnated. I also have a level 95 and 85 that have heart marks, so it does not appear to be level related. I also have completed no postgame content except Kasen's quest.
