All-Out Attacker
P-Elly @ Silver Hairpin / Gold Hairpin / Life Charm / Food Rations / Straw Dolls / Healing Charm / (type resist charm)

How do these sets look? Also what teammates do you find useful for P-Elly? I'm using D-Toyohime for defensive synergy but there might be more options that I missed.

I like the defensive variant more as her base speed really isn't worth investing in.

Also if you wanted a more offensive partner then Suwako Speed has the same typing with more offensive stats.

Or possibly a better choice is to run Shou Speed. They have great defensive synergy together and Shou can Lightning Speed into Elly and then set up Mad Rush Stance on the switch. Then either sweep with Elly or Backup Plan the boost back out to Shou Speed as they both do well against each others weaknesses.

It may be worth using Double-Edge (whatever it got renamed to; Overskill?) on attacking sets, as it hits most Steels for the same damage Stone Spike would.

You do need Speed investment to outrun fast stuff at +2; I forget what the exact values are (and can't check easily because my own sets have extra creep I forgot about >_>) but they'll depend on whether you're playing at level 50 or 100, how much you value smacking Speed Aya, and whatever scarfers become popular.

This might help some. These numbers are based off level 100 but that's what level people should be fighting at anyways.
Also, some values are a little outdated on this doc... good example would be assist Parsee now being a 120 base speed not a 105. For the most part though its accurate and if someone could update it, that would be good :)
