Completed Dex, now what?

Is there someone I'm supposed to go take it to, or do I just pat myself on the back and call it a day? I already tried talking to Akyuu but as far as I could tell nothing really happened regarding the dex.

We haven't been able to find any reward for it, other than the convenience of having one of every puppet. now do it again and get both forms of everyone

Hmm, ok well thanks for letting me know. Also, I can't pick up one of the items in the Ice cave, I'm assuming its the white reincarnation stone, since I've picked up all the other ones. The item gives me this message
