Good Belt and Black Choker

Where do you get the Good Belt and Black Choker? I thought that NPC in the misty area of Youkai Mountain on the way to Kasen's house sold them, but it seems like it was changed in YnK.

I believe the Black Choker is in the shop of the Underground City. As for the Good Belt... I think it's in the shop of the Human Village. You might have to use this site to translate:
