Touhou Puppet Dance Performance / Need Help

I'm playing Shard of Dreams and trying to do Kasen's quest, but I can't find the fourth item.  In the base game, it's the one you need to battle Seiga for, but it's not appearing in the cave for me.

Edit: I found a guide that showed me how to get to Kana on Route 2.  Turns out she's the one to fight for the item now.

The name of the ability sounds broken, but there's no text about it on the wiki.  What exactly does it do?

So your starter's not the only one who can get it after all.  It just gets access to it first.

Note: Let's say, you caught a level 16 puppet and now a level 82 puppet and you decided to reincarnate him/her back to level 1. Since you have 66 levels gain (82 - 16 = 66), then you need another 33 levels to achieve 99 levels for the heart mark to appear. By the time your reincarnated puppet reached level 33, a heart mark should appear.

I think you typo'd.  The mark would appear at level 34, not 33.  33-1 is 32, leaving you one level short.  I know it's a small thing, but I thought you should know.

although I did move the folder to another location to save space would that of caused any compatability issues?

I'm pretty sure that's what caused it.  Try moving it back to where it was and see if that works.

On my first playthrough I chose Renko, but then I did another playthrough with Wriggle, and I think she's going to be my starter for all future playthroughs.

Not sure if this will help at all, but this picture has the full body versions of the puppet pics.

Unfortunately, I can't use that.  If the background was transparent, then I could, but... yeah.  Thanks anyway.

Did some checking after the post game, and seems I am half right. It seems the wedding dress is only available to the puppets that you chose as a starter, including the one from your transferred save from the old game. These puppets seems to be marked by a little heart icon at the bottom left of their sprite.

Really?  That's interesting.

I doubt the wedding dress is only for your starter, but who knows.  I'm not the one making this game.

Hmmm. We are talking about the Doll Costume shop in the Human village right? It opened for me after I got my bike from Kourin. I went back to talk to Keine after that and boom, it was open. And I gave my Remi (starter) a lovely black dress. Came with a hat!
