Okay, i was thinking about it for a while and i think that there's one huge balancing issue in Touhoumon Blue. Namely easly obtainable, reusable and way too abusable Baton Pass. There's literaly nothing stoping players from breaking the game with Marisa/Aya + SubCM Alice for example.

Either BPass TM should be replaced by something or moved into very late game, and definitively not being purchasable in any shop. Right now any sense of challenge disappears after stepping into Celadon Dept. Store.

Well... it's because in this dialog Daisy is not speaking about Gary, but about her (and Gary's) grandpa. I'm not sure but last i checked Prof.Oak has a problems with other people's gender, not his own.

Or just slap 150 base in every stats, broken movepool and ability on her because MY WAIFU > YOUR WAIFU.

Bucket (Renamed Disguise or Shields Down, both are workable) for Kisume.
Dazzling (Renamed into Emperor's Majesty for lulz?) Miko.
Queen's Majesty Remilia.
Galvanize Iku.
Guts Out Aya because everybody hates her and want to bathe in her guts and blood.

I think that he's talking about a program like Universal Pokemon Randomizer, but for TPDP.

Welp,i think that it'sdoable, but in our very small community there's a very small chance to find a person that would try to do program like this.

Heh, i don't know if people are into japanese Touhou Popularity Pools but on the last one, one of the surprises was very hight (77th) position of Nameless Fortune Teller that was exterminated by Reimu in FS. He just deserve to be a puppet.

And that's why i think visible IVs are not good thing.
It does not matter that much, i can guarantee you that you used in your pokemon experience pokemon with much worse IVs.

Oh, and remember - because this is hack, some codes will not work properly and it will screw your game HARD.

Did you make sure to install it on a clean FireRed rom? I had no problems whatsoever when I played it.

also i'm pretty sure linking patched games is against the rules even by pm

use a clean version, use at least 3 Red Fire, different pages, now if you used a cleaner version at least another page, me could spend, have if I work on that, because to me it hits me on the screen "Game Freak"

Search for Pokemon Fire Red 1.0.
Oh, and remember about setting Real-time clock and save type (flash 128k).

I think it's more like Ubers/Anything Goes Here on Smogon - It's nice and fun, but there's no such thing like balance and playing some "serious" (as much as serious can be playing touhoumon competetively, lulz) stuff like tournaments in it would be... sad.

Yup, in japanese TPP 1.8 it was a fanmade, "unofficial" patch (and TPPE is mostly translated japanese 1.8 + few unofficial patches like this one). Originaly only one puppet can slide between her Attack and Defense forms, and it is Tewi :V

I just realized something...
Wind typing for Clownpiece would be at least interesting, mostly because in TPP this is the counterpart of electric-type, and it is used by Lt.Surge... who is a Lightning American.

And outside of this "logic" - paraflinch bullshit.

There's no such type as "no type" and no ability like "no ability".
Even Gamefreak decided to give Ghost-typing for Curse, and second -type attack is... Struggle.
