Wait... Skill Card 67 is for a FIRE (Or is it warrior? Man I wish I knew japanese.) move ._.If it looks anything like or contains 火 (upside down V with two dashes on the side), it has something to do with fire.
That's how much space each frame is given I assume? Not to step on any toes, but I made a little script using imagemagick to automate this. It doesn't make any of the fancy transitions between idle/attacking, but that could be easily done.

sic it on the spritesheets

Once again the power of coding saves the day! I was about a quarter of the way done. I noticed all the normal gifs are all 128x128, why is that?
Matching up what I did with what was recently posted. Internet is killing itself so I'll stay out of IRC for now, gonna post what I got soon :sI've been trying proof-read it but there is a LOT of lines with a lot of empty space in between.
Would be nice if someone proof-read everything later to check for mistranslations, seeing Shurcle seems to have found one...
http://www.mediafire.com/download/j88wb3aimche2ww/skill.zipI'm not good at irc so I'll just post here.
So I polished up the skill names, including taking care of SkillData.sbs. Let me know if a name overflows somewhere, or if a move goes by differing names in different menus.
Yeah I don't mind doing them, just a question on the sizes and what animation? Or should I just upload all the animations and let you guys decided what to use?The default idle/standing animation is probably the best/easiest for this in my opinion.
I fixed PauseMessage.txt (Pause Menu Description)I was redundant to post about this because this thread is for interface graphics, not text.
I translated 人形の図鑑を見ます。 on both the Bing Translator and Google Translate, and I got encyclopedia and picture book/book.
I decided to use book instead, since puppet book seems longer.
Also, I changed Examine to Look at since it's weird to use Examine on your bag, the puppets, and the book, but it's just me.
File goes in gn_dat1\common\message\
Examine the puppets in your party.
Examine the items in your bag.
Check \p's information.
Look at the puppet book.
Record your progress and save the game.
Change the game's settings.
First of all, I would like to thank you all for the work you've done so far in improving the interface. So I would like to ask, is it possible to compile these into a zip archive or something to that sort, of what's been translated so far? If not, I can get started on that, but was wondering if someone had something to that sort in place already. Thanks!I was thinking of doing something like that because applying the translations every time the game updates is a bit annoying. I remember reading something about someone wanting to compile .arc files for an official release but its not really done yet.
Effectively, I think they're basically saying the patcher now patches directly from version 1.00 straight to 1.05. I got it since I was trying to find the patches to 1.03 for the english translation, but they basically removed all the other patches and are using this 1.05 to do all the patching. It just says this is the patch to update from 1.00 to 1.05 and 1.00 is what was distributed at C87.
