When would we expect a randomizer to be in development? I'd like a new experience playing TPDP as I did playing randomized versions of games throughout TPP playthroughs.

I think that he's talking about a program like Universal Pokemon Randomizer, but for TPDP.

Welp,i think that it'sdoable, but in our very small community there's a very small chance to find a person that would try to do program like this.
