So I've been raising a Parsee and haven't alloted any of her points in the IVs yet, so I was wondering since she has a helluva high Def Stat but quite lower than average HP stat...

Should I raise her Def even higher or allot the HP points to max?

What is Parsee style?

Hard to answer it . . .

She really have good stats and good type for beat some meta puppets

HP
Good
- Balance
Bad
- Die quickly against High ATK Stats

FoDef
Good
- Can Against Pri 1 or Quick Skills
- Can Survire against Hight FoAtk (Example : P Aya , Ex Hina , S Yuugi , Ex lily , etc. . .)
Bad
- Can die quickly against S Junko , S Sanae , S Marisa , etc. . . (High SpAtk)

SpDef
- Opposite at FoDef. . . (Lazy to explain)

I don't agree if you choose both of them and look at your team too

Example...Don't raise all FoDef or SpDef in your team Opponent will choose puppets against your weakness stat

I think it's safer to raise HP, because you have a fall in SP.DEF as well. You can try to cover that hole by using items/skills that raise defense.

Keep in mind that I'm not hardcore expert on Pokèmon/Touhoumon, and I don't play competitively, so my ideas could be totally wrong :D

Generally, always max up HP for tanks or slow attackers. Also modify the points a bit to get the HP to an odd number, this allows you to take hazards better.

Also if you want to play competitively, seeing as DParsee has high defenses on both, you'll want to see what your team needs. So either max up FoDef or SpDef. The rest could be dumped to the other defense.

For some puppets that have a very high defense on one but average on the other. better max out on the weaker ones so it can wall better. If it's too low, then better pump the high defense even further.

The first example is Defense Hecatia. It has sky high SpDef but middling FoDef, but since its FoDef is still average, you can max out FoDef and wall everything better.

Second example is Defense Yuuka. Very high FoDef but horrible SpDef. Even if invested, it won't take Spread attack very well, so might as well increase its FoDef. (But since this is DYuuka, it's better being a tank hitting things rather than walling since it has high FoAtk)
