The name of the ability sounds broken, but there's no text about it on the wiki.  What exactly does it do?

According to Doesnt's post about the new abilities (http://thpp.supersanctuary.net/forum/index.php?topic=623.0):

先手必勝 / Instant Win: On the first turn when sent out, Speed is increased by 50%.

先手必勝 means nothing like "instant win". It actually has several meanings, describing situations (in board games mostly) where the first player to move is advantageous, is an idiom that advocates moving first in general (given the context, this one is probably what's intended), and also describes "solved games" where the first player to move will always win if they play perfectly. That's the English translation sounds more broken than it actually is.
