Hi, I bought Touhou Puppet Dance Performance a couple months back, and just found out about these patches to update it. My problem is that the patch that should be taking me to 1.10 is not working, it seems to work (but I am not sure as I do not have my locale set to Japanese, and cannot read Japanese for that matter) but it is stuck 0.0%, and no matter how long I leave it, it still stays there. Attached is a photo of what I am experiencing.

Are you patching from a folder that requires permission to edit? (Like Program Files) If so, you need to run as Administrator.
Another thing is that you could try is to run the patches from the "root" folder of the game (basically, where you can find the "Dat" folder and the exe of the game).
Also, you MUST install/run the game through Locale Emulator or System Locale, otherwise you will only have troubles.
Last thing: you seems to have Win10. The game is incompatible with it as of now, but it will be from the next big patch onward (the release date is 31st December).
