Long story short, 50000 hits an hour is happening to it. We really didn't take into account how much activity the wiki would be getting after releasing the patch and all the people that are on it, probably opening multiple pages at once trying to cross-compare Puppets or look up abilities and skills, is just causing the server it's being hosted on ti go into a temporary coma. I've talked to exsariel about it, and there's not much we can do for it at the moment I'm afraid. Please bear with the issues for now and we apologize profusely for this.

Just as accurate as the jp site and translated but it does require people to have something that can open excel files and must be downloaded.

That might actually be the better choice then, at least until wiki activity dies down, and even after that. An offline version of the database is good (Maybe we should look into releasing it with the patch next time...?)

Finished updating the offline puppet dex to have the current translations
Only differences between Excel and game is that Waterfall Drop and Concussion have been fixed on the Excel form to show the proper descriptions.
