In celebration of American Thanksgiving, Agastya created a Memory Dump event which hands out a Tori knowing Draco Meteor. As you know, Draco Meteor is a move that cannot be taught to Tori legitimately, hence why this Tori in particular is so special. Follow the instructions in the link above and you can play through the game with this extraordinary group of birds. This is exclusive to the ROM hacks, so don't expect to see any Draco Meteor Tori's on the Pokémon Lab server any time soon.

Note: This will only work on Agastya's Emerald.
