This game sounds exciting... the tought of using Shinmyoumaru Sakuna, Seija, Toyosatomimi no Miko, Kokoro and several others...
So when will this game come out, and how hard will it be to translate?

The game is set to be released at Winter Comiket on December 30th, 2014. It will cost 2000 yen (Roughly 17 USD), and it will be available via Digital Download either during or after Comiket.
Translation will be theoretically easy, since text is stored in text files, but we do not have very many Japanese-understanding people on the server, and those that do aren't active all the time.

Like Derx said, it will cost 2000 JPY which is about 17 USD. I am looking into finding somebody that would be willing to translate the game for us. The patch itself will be free but will require that you have a copy of the game.

According to the developer's Twitter, it should be available for sale on Toranoana and Melonbooks some time after C87 ends. Whether it'll be a digital download or not (should be digital) will be up to Hemo, I suppose.
