Why can so few puppets learn it? Especially early on in the game. Your only option really is CMomiji.

I'd rather have it go back to something not viable in a battle than such a team limiter.

nothing in the game aside from sword/knife-using puppets have razor hands

She gets both along iwth flash and pickup makign her the best hm slave since bibarel if I remember right
