I've seen 3 types of Sprites in Movesets/Teams threads

- en.touhouwiki/touhou.wikia
- selfy upload on imgur/photobucket.tinypic or something
Is it ever going to matter at any point which one takes their's from?
Enough to justify something like :AAlice: :AdAlice: :DAlice: :Zfairy: :Alice: and the like being "custom emoticons" for easier moveset/team building stuff
not even sure if SMF supports that but still.
Just wondering, because maybe bandwidth problem? [probably not I'm just being silly]

Well I guess it could be moved to the Movesets subforum (http://thpp.supersanctuary.net/forum/index.php?board=4.0), too, but that's up to the admins (and that's if they decide to move it at all).
Either way, just go and make a post in the thread I indicated or a thread in the Movesets subforum, whatever you prefer. The topic'll probably not get much discussion if it's left here.

It's okay really, just as long as there's an icon there. I personally use spritedump.

its fully possible to set them as custom emoticons, i just dont know if it would be entirely worth it considering the sprite dump and the forums are hosted on the same webspace

SMF requires each emoticon to be in it's own special folder in it's install, so I'd have to reupload all the sprites. There's also the matter that each one would have to be added into the emoticon list individually one by one...
As Agastya said, a lot of time. I personally don't see the problem with just embedding the sprite dump sprites since, as Agastya said as well, they're on the same webspace (supersanctuary.net)
